Relief is the fundamental for any kind of agricultural, construction, communication, recreation, and other activities. Rise of economic/environmental efficiency of relief utilization becomes actual considering growing demand on natural resources and steady increase of the risks from earthquakes, landslides, floods, rock avalanches, soil erosion, intensive wash of seashores and other dangerous natural disasters.
