L-Tryptophan and its numerous derivatives have important influence on many physiological processes. In this regard serotonin and melatonin are very important, they are playing huge role in the functioning of the central nervous system. It is known, that melatonin and serotonin are regulators of many physiological functions . This report presents theoretical and experimental data on the influence of these substances on living organisms.
