Recognition of Applicant Personality by Using Fuzzy Informational Technologies

Summary One of the tasks of the education technologies is an intensification of a training process, that can be achieved using different and advanced ICTE tools. Relatively quickly, information and communication technologies have dramatically changed the process of knowledge dissemination. Nowadays, the traditional classroom learning process is beeng replaced by online trainings and consultings. However, it’s often neglected, that people differ in abilities of perception of information. The difference includes not only visual or auditory abilities, but also is related with the colour of educational objects and the speed of presentation. Most typical is the form of an interview. The e-learning systems popularity is increasing day by day and more and more researchers are focusing on efficiency of saveing time and financial resources. To achieve this goal, it is necessary to adjust training scenarios for every trainee. The temperament and personality type of each trainee must be taken into account by the training system. Generally, this technology considers the training process of an applicant according to his (her) individual perception abilities. The aim of present work is to create a program for determination temperament and perception type of an applicant, according to the processing of the datas obtained by debriefing of the applicant. Because of specificity, inaccuracy and uncertainty modern, fuzzy informational technologies are used.
