Caucasian region is located within the zone of high seismic activity. Observations of the last 80 years show that 13% of the all earthquakes occurred in the Caucasus are destructive. As it is known the largest zones of the seismic activity are observed in vicinity of the Armenian Nuclear Power Plant (ANPP). Safety of ANPP is at the center of international organizations’ attention as ANPP is a light water-cooled reactor, the oldest and least reliable category of all the 66 Soviet reactors built in Eastern Europe and the former Soviet Union. So in view of the high seismological zone in which ANPP is, the problem really exists. In the present work the problem of possible radiation contamination of the Georgian territory in case of accident at ANPP is studied. Mathematical model for computation of transporting and diffusion of radioactive substances with account of compound orography of Caucasus is developed. Some results of numerical calculations are given.
