Annotation:

The Dependences of the electric conductivity on temperature have been obtained by means of impedance spectroscopy. All these dependences reflect the increasing of conductivity when the temperature increase in the range 20 -100oC. The named dependences are well described by the well known Vogel-Taman-Fulcher formula. It must be noted that the dependence of conductivity on the salt concentration is extremal – the conductivity for membranes contained relatively low concentration of the salt is higher than that for ones containing more high concentration of this salt. This result due to formation of ion pairs, mass sum of which is high and, consequently the mobility of these pairs is low. Respectively the conductivity of these systems is lower than for membranes containing this salt with relatively low concentration. Besides of the dependence of the electric current on the voltage (voltamogrames) have been investigated. The current is increased at increasing of voltage but after definite values of the voltage the curves saturated. The obtained results are described in terms of enhancing of the Brown movement of the molecular segments due to widening of ion-phonon spectra in result of Joule heat formation.
