Annotation:

The ESR spectra red hair samples were investigated. It was found, that at low microwave power they are characterized by two types of spectra. Red hair ESR signals result in a superposition two spectra shapes, singlet apectra due to existence of eumelanin and tripley spectra due to existence of pheomelanin. At high microwavepower only triplet spectra shape was detected , which was caused by saturation of the eumelanin singlet using different concentration ratio of black and red hair, we measured ESR spectra and plotted the ratio values is each sample against measured g-factor(experimental). We found out, there is linear relationship between these two parameters. So it is evident that using these results concentration ratio of pheomelanin to eumelanin in a sample of hair can easily be determind by measuring g_exp-factor ESR spectrum for hair any colour.
